White Tea Shot

White Tea Shot

A white tea shot is a quick, fruity vodka shot made with peach schnapps, sweet-and-sour mix, and a splash of lemon-lime soda. It has a sweet peach flavor, bright citrus balance, and a lightly fizzy finish.

Ingredients

  • ½ ounce vodka
  • ½ ounce peach schnapps
  • ½ ounce sweet-and-sour mix
  • Small splash of lemon-lime soda
  • Ice

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jigger or measuring tool
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Shot glass

Method

  1. Add ice: Fill a cocktail shaker with enough ice to chill the ingredients well.
  2. Add the spirits: Pour the vodka and peach schnapps into the shaker.
  3. Add the sour mix: Measure and add the sweet-and-sour mix.
  4. Shake: Shake firmly for about 10–15 seconds until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.
  5. Strain: Strain the chilled mixture into a shot glass.
  6. Add soda: Finish the white tea shot with a small splash of lemon-lime soda.
  7. Serve: Serve immediately while the shot is cold and lightly fizzy.

Notes

  • Keep the soda separate: Add it after shaking so the carbonation stays fresh.
  • Measure carefully: The small serving size means ingredient proportions noticeably affect the flavor.
  • For multiple shots: Multiply the vodka, peach schnapps, and sour mix according to the number of servings.
  • For the classic flavor: Use plain vodka rather than a strongly flavored vodka.
  • Chill before serving: A properly chilled white tea shot has a cleaner, more refreshing finish.
