Ingredients

Method
 

  1. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  2. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
  4. Stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Preheat the waffle maker and lightly grease it if needed.
  6. Pour in enough batter to cover the cooking surface without overflowing.
  7. Cook until golden and the waffle releases easily.

  • Check the sodium label on your baking powder, milk, and other packaged ingredients.
