Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 –2 tablespoons water or milk as needed
  • Salt optional

Method
 

  1. Add Greek yogurt, sour cream, and mayonnaise to a bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, dill, and black pepper.
  4. Stir until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  5. Add water or milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the dressing reaches your preferred consistency.
  6. Taste before adding salt. For a lower-sodium version, leave the added salt out.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving.
  8. Stir once more before using.

Notes

  • Use more Greek yogurt for a thicker, lighter ranch.
  • Add a little extra lemon juice if the flavor needs more brightness.
  • Check ingredient labels if you need to closely control sodium.
  • Do not use regular ranch seasoning packets if you are trying to keep sodium low.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator.

Serving Ideas

Serve with salads, cucumber, carrots, celery, roasted vegetables, baked potatoes, chicken wraps, or sandwiches.

Recipe Tips

For thicker ranch: Add a little more Greek yogurt.
For thinner ranch: Mix in a small amount of water or milk.
For more ranch flavor: Increase the dried dill and parsley slightly.
For no added salt: Leave out the salt and check packaged ingredients for their sodium content.
